Weekend and Bridge Day Support - Only for Very Important and Urgent Issues with IT Services
The aim is to fix problems with our IT services (e.g. no E-Mail flowing) if/when they occur on weekends or bridge days.
Messages will be responded to during normal daily working-hours on a best efforts basis (this is not a 24 hour call-out service).
